Kristin oversees all financial operations for HOA Finance Partners. As a licensed CPA and licensed real estate agent, she brings a level of financial credibility and professional accountability that most HOA accounting firms cannot match. Kristin's background spans community association accounting, financial reporting, tax preparation, and real estate transactions, giving HOA boards a single trusted partner for their most important financial decisions.

Eric Zimmer — Co-Owner, MBA

Eric oversees business operations, client relationships, and growth strategy for HOA Finance Partners. With an MBA and years of experience in HOA management and property operations, Eric ensures every community we work with receives consistent, high quality service. He is the point of contact for onboarding, partnership inquiries, and account management.
