  • 1099 filing for vendors

  • Monthly variance reports

Premium Plan

$6.00 per unit per month — minimum $200

Complete accounting coverage with CPA-level oversight and in-house tax preparation.

Includes everything in Essential and Plus, along with:

  • In-house tax preparation — no outside CPA needed

  • Financial consulting with responses within 2 business days

  • Reserve tracking aligned with your reserve study

  • Multi-year budget forecasting

  • Customized reporting and chart-of-accounts setup

  • Annual financial review summary
